- Get one-on-one support that is shaped around who you are and what you believe in.
- Choose your own goals to work towards with a little help from our mentors.
Stronger Together – Shared Steps is a mentorship programme to help adults build motivation, confidence and resilience to help them get back into work. Everyone will be offered the opportunity to access one-to-one support and also attend a social group on a monthly basis.

We’ll be doing three runs of Stronger Together – Shared Steps
First run: 9th September 2025 – 25th November 2025
Second run: 2nd December 2025 – 24th February 2026
Third run: 3rd March 2026 – 19th May 2026
