Our team of Peer Advisors all have personal experience of disability or caring for someone with a disability. We understand the issues or problems you may be facing – in other words we ‘get it’. By talking to a peer advisor you can be sure the advice you are given is both reliable and appropriate to you and your circumstances.

Our Advice Team were re-awarded the Advice Quality Standard for delivering excellence in advice.

For every £1 invested in DIAL’s Choices service, we generate £58.63 in Social Value. 

We’ve supported 9,202 residents with advice and generated over £7.3 million inpreviously unclaimed benefits.
