At this important stage in our journey, we are seeking to appoint new Trustees with lived
experience of disability or caring for a disabled person. These roles will bring valuable skills
and perspectives to our Board, supporting our plans for growth and helping us extend our
reach, influence and impact.

All new DIAL Trustees will be paired with a dedicated Mentor who will act as a friendly point of contact, supporting and guiding you through your first year as a valued member of the Board.

As women, ethnic minority groups, and members of the LGBTQ+ community are currently under-represented across the organisation, we encourage applications from members of these groups. We have policies and procedures to ensure all applicants are treated fairly and consistently.
