We’re halfway to our fundraiser goal!

To celebrate 40 years of DIAL supporting local disabled people, their families and carers, we’ve launched our 4k fundraiser for our Advice Line. 

We’re halfway to our goal! With all the donations added up to a whopping £2,525! 

Thank you to everyone who has supported us!

As we no longer receive government funding, it’s more crucial than ever to support our advice line for us to continue being a lifeline for many.

Making a difference..

Over the years, our Advice Line has provided for thousands of people who are seeking guidance, support, and a listening ear during difficult times. Whether it’s a quick question or a life-changing decision, our team has been here to help — and we want to ensure we can keep doing just that for years to come.

We helped over 9000 people access essential information, advice and support last year alone and generated over £7.3 million in previously unclaimed benefits. For every £1 invested in DIAL’s Advice Line, we generate £58.63 in Social Value – the positive impact our charity creates for people and communities.

For every £50 we receive, we can fund an hour long phone call on our Advice Line with an expert Advisor…

That includes:

  • An hour of our Advisor’s time
  • A portion of electricity and phone costs
  • A portion of our office rent costs 

After using our Advice Line…
