Volunteer Training and Support Officer

We are looking to recruit a Training and Support Officer who will create and deliver a learning and development experience to enhance the skills and capabilities of the paid and unpaid workforce at DIAL.

This exciting role will have responsibility for the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers and apprentices to support our busy information and advice line.
