ESA & UC Mandatory Reconsideration & Appeal

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your Employment Support Allowance or Universal Credit assessment, you can ask the DWP to look again at the decision. This is called mandatory reconsideration.
After the mandatory reconsideration, if you are still unhappy with the decision you can take you case to appeal or tribunal.

PIP Mandatory Reconsideration & Appeal

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your claim for Personal Independence Payment, you can ask the DWP to look again at the decision. This is called mandatory reconsideration.
