Stronger Together Carer’s Coffee Club – Healthy Hearts

Stronger Together Hub, DIAL Office, McLintocks, Summer Lane, S70 2NZ.Join us for a special Healthy Hearts session, designed to support and encourage Carers to focu on their well-being and healthy heart habits. We’ll be providing practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle - try out our Blood Pressure Monitoring Station and read informative booklets on heart health. A great opportunity to meet fellow Carers from across Barnsley, share experiences, and receive valuable peer support and information.
