Connect Together – Make a Difference

In celebration of Make a Difference Day on 26th October, join us for our extra special coffee mornings! Come along to meet new people and enjoy a cuppa. You will also receive a card-making pack for you to craft a thoughtful ‘Thank You’ card for someone who makes a difference in your life.
