My job is to steer and guide DIAL’s strategic direction. I must really love my role because I have been doing it for over 30 years! I am passionate about delivering excellence, valuing differences and co-producing everything that we do.
My job at DIAL is to find out what our local disabled people need and then design the services to fit – that’s the easy bit! After that I have to persuade someone to give us the money so we can deliver those services.

My job at DIAL is to support and involve the volunteers in everything we do. I am also responsible for organising our Volunteer Celebration Event, a hugely important night in the DIAL calendar.
Personalisation Lead (Personal Health Budgets & Peer Support)
Here at DIAL I support people with long term health conditions through a peer support network ‘Grin and Share it’ that brings together people to share their experiences, make friends and generally have fun!.
